Lisa is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (#11242963) and Registered Nurse (#19402) with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. Her diverse background in mental health and healthcare allows her to support clients using a holistic and evidence-based approach.

Lisa has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma treatment, ADHD and Autism support, youth mental health, and disordered eating recovery.

Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the challenges they are facing. Together, clients work with Lisa to build practical skills, resilience, and meaningful change so they can move forward with confidence.

Lisa understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and she values meeting each client with compassion, respect, and genuine care. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to reconnect with themselves and create lasting growth.

Lisa welcomes individuals ages 12 and older, as well as couples and families.
